Daystack AI stores all your information locally on your phone using secure device storage. This includes:Tasks, habits, goals, and notes
Calendar events
Weight, blood pressure, water intake, and workout logs
BMI-related inputs
Theme preferences and home screen layoutThis data never leaves your device unless you actively choose to use the AI Assistant. We have no server, no database, and no ability to access, view, or recover your data.
The data remains on your device for as long as you keep the app installed (or until you delete individual entries or uninstall the app).1.2 Data Sent When Using the AI Assistant
The AI Assistant is powered by Claude from Anthropic, PBC (a U.S. company).
When you send a message:Your message and limited relevant context (e.g., recent tasks or health entries) are sent securely via HTTPS to Anthropic’s servers.
This occurs only when you actively use the feature.
Anthropic processes the request and returns a response.We do not store or keep copies of your AI conversations. Your use of the AI Assistant is also governed by Anthropic’s privacy policy:

Because this data stays exclusively on your device and is never sent to us, we do not collect, use, or disclose any sensitive information.2. How Your Data Is UsedLocal data is used solely to power the app’s features — showing your tasks, tracking progress, and displaying health metrics.
Data sent to the AI Assistant is used only to generate the requested response.
We do not sell, rent, share, or monetise any data — we simply don’t have any to share.3. Intended Use & ChildrenDaystack AI is designed for users aged 18 and over. We do not target or knowingly offer features for children under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the app.4. Your Rights and ChoicesBecause your data stays on your device, you have complete control:Access & View: All data is visible directly in the app.
Correction & Deletion: Edit or delete individual entries anytime. Uninstall the app to remove everything.
AI Feature: You decide when (or if) to use the AI Assistant. No data leaves your device otherwise.Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have rights to access and correct personal information.
Since we hold none, these are handled within the app. Contact us if you have any concerns.5. Data SecurityYour local data is protected by your device’s built-in security (screen lock, sandboxing, and encryption where available on Android).
AI Assistant communications use industry-standard HTTPS encryption in transit.
While we follow reasonable security practices, no electronic transmission is 100% secure.6. Future ChangesWe may add features in future updates, such as:Cloud backup and cross-device sync

Optional analytics or crash reportingAny new features involving data collection or transmission will be clearly disclosed.
We will update this Privacy Policy beforehand and notify you in the app. You will never be automatically opted into new data practices.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.2. About the AppDaystack AI is a personal health and fitness tracking app developed by Sundowner Labs (ABN: 40 103 746 403). The App provides tools for tracking workouts, health metrics, medications, and AI-powered fitness coaching.3. SubscriptionsDaystack AI offers free and paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.4. AI Fitness AssistantThe AI fitness assistant is powered by third-party AI technology. Advice provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before making changes to your exercise or health routine.5. Health DataHealth data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device. Sundowner Labs does not collect or store your personal health data on external servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync features.6. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, Sundowner Labs is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the App or reliance on AI-generated advice.7.
